Rajmund Stapiński was born in 1990 in Krosno. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów in the fields of law and administration. He earned master’s degree with a dissertation under the title Selected mistakes and violations in the procedure for granting a public procurement and bachelor thesis under the title Consumer rights in the event of non-compliance of consumer goods with the contract. He prepared the above-mentioned theses under the scientific supervision of Prof. Jan Olszewski, Ph. D.
The areas of his scientific interests include:
- Public procurement law,
- Consumer protection law,
- Freedom to undertake and pursue economic activity,
- Economic history.
So far, he expanded his knowledge and skills within the framework of among others:
• Professional practice in the Consumer Federation – Branch in Rzeszów,
• Acting as the President of the Scientific Association of Commercial and Economic Law AmicusCuriae,
• Internship at the Office for Consumer Protection of the Municipal Consumer Ombudsmen in Rzeszów,
• Participation in numerous scientific conferences, courses, workshops and trainings in the field of economic and commercial law.
He took an active park in the organization of scientific conferences, i.e.:
